• Scheduled service date

If a customer cancels before the scheduled service begins, the applicable refund or cancellation terms will depend on the booking, payment made, services already arranged, and expenses incurred.

3. Cancellation on the Service Date

Cancellation on or immediately before the scheduled service date may result in cancellation charges where resources, vehicles, labor, packing materials, or other arrangements have already been committed.

5. Refunds
